Robin Day brings over 35 years of leadership experience across technical, creative, and educational domains, making significant contributions to post-secondary education and industry alignment. As the National Director of Academics at Herzing College, Robin successfully led the institution through a complex transition to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring that academic integrity and operational standards were maintained across all Canadian campuses.

In this role, he oversaw critical accreditation processes, including managing the compliance and registration of programs with the Department of Education in multiple provinces. Robin's expertise in curriculum development and policy formulation has positioned him as a key figure in shaping education that meets both governmental and industry standards.

Prior to this, Robin held several leadership roles, including Academic Dean at Herzing College, where he was instrumental in achieving program accreditations and developing new course offerings in technology and healthcare. His strategic vision also extended to improving faculty performance, where he consistently achieved top-tier evaluation scores. His leadership in academic, creative, and technical fields positions Robin as a knowledgeable and dynamic speaker on leadership in post-secondary education.

Brie-Ann Timings is the Director of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she leads with vision, accountability, and a commitment to excellence in massage therapy education. With a strong background in business strategy, program development, and leadership, she has played a key role in standardizing curriculum, aligning programs with interjurisdictional competencies, and driving innovative approaches that support both students and staff.
 

Brie is equally at home in the classroom, teaching professional practice and hands-on clinical skills with a style that makes complex concepts accessible and practical for adult learners. She has championed digital solutions to streamline operations and elevate the student experience while building strong partnerships with clinics and communities across the province.
 

As an entrepreneurial leader, Brie is focused on succession planning, expansion into satellite campuses, and positioning Wellington College as a premier Canadian institution that empowers graduates to thrive in healthcare.

Warren Herntier is the Director of Apprenticeship & Training and President of IBEW Local 2085 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He holds a Red Seal certification as a Construction Electrician and has completed the theoretical portion of a vocational-education diploma at Red River College Polytechnic.
 

In his role, Warren oversees apprenticeship programs, instructor development, and training initiatives to strengthen Manitoba’s skilled-trades workforce.
 

His practical industry background—from working on residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects, to serving as an instructor for IBEW’s training centre—gives him a deep understanding of both the tools and the pedagogy of trade education.
 

Warren is committed to supporting new apprentices, promoting inclusive access to trade careers, and ensuring that electrical professionals in Manitoba and Nunavut benefit from strong training, representation and opportunity.

Angela Dean is the founder of Wrapture Beauty Academy, formerly known as the iBrow Academy, as well as the owner and operator of Total Wrapture Medi Spa along with her husband, Michael Dean. Angela believes in the importance of ongoing growth.
 

Encouraging both individual and corporate growth is a central part of the culture at Total Wrapture Medi Spa, and this is reflected in the educational philosophy of Wrapture Beauty Academy. The focus on a growth mindset is a founding principle on which the academy was built.

Jenna Lang is the Director of Wrapture Beauty Academy, where she oversees program development, regulatory compliance, educator support, student advising, and student financing initiatives.

She is dedicated to helping students find the training programs that align with their career goals, while ensuring that they have access to the resources and accommodations they need to succeed.

In recognition of her leadership in accessible, high-quality education and her advocacy for students, Jenna received the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025.

Randy Lahaie is a retired Winnipeg Police Service Patrol Sergeant with 28 years of frontline, supervisory, and training experience. He is now the Director of Operations at Northwest Law Enforcement Academy, in addition to working as a consultant, trainer, and expert witness in officer safety and use-of-force.

His career includes leading the Service’s Use-of-Force, Officer Safety, and Firearms Program, serving as an Officer Safety Coordinator and instructor at the Winnipeg Police Academy, and contributing to tactical operations as an Emergency Response Unit Assault Team Member. Certified as an Instructor Trainer across multiple defensive tactics, subject-control, and firearms systems, he has trained thousands of officers using methodologies recognized across North America. With additional expertise in critical incident analysis, curriculum development, and martial arts instruction, he offers a depth of operational and instructional insight that supports organizations, legal teams, and training institutions.
